Please be informed that on 7 September from 16:00 till 19:00 Electronic Monitoring System (eMS) of Interreg V-A Latvia-Lithuania Programme 2014-2020 will be updated with new version. Updated version of the Guidance how to implement the project via the eMS is available on Programme webpage https://2014-2020.latlit.eu/how-to-implement/reporting/ 

The following changes in the eMS have been done:

• Improved eMS functionality on handling project changes. Reporting section is not blocked any more during process of changes. Changes and reporting can go in parallel.
• Changes in preparation of Partner reports – added new section “Personal data attachments’, defined rules on uploading supporting documents, changes in section “Contribution and forecast’, automatic calculation of partner contribution, changed financial tables, partner reports with zero costs do not need FC certificates and other technical updates of the partner report;
• Changes in preparation of Project reports – updated titles of some input fields, set up rules on uploading of supporting documents, redeveloped project report overview tables and other technical updates;
• Developed section on preparation and submission of the Final report;
• Developed section with tips for reporting;
• Other minor updates.

Please note that since now there will be one Guidance how to implement the project via the eMS that includes Part I and Part II of previously published guidances.
