During this program implementation, the participants of the project will be introduced to the principles of healthy nutrition, matching of food products, chemical additives. During the practical sessions, the young people will prepare healthy meals, will tasted them, 4 groups of participants will creat weekly menus, recipes for meals that will be approved during the camp and published in English and Lithuanian. Special attention will be given to healthy nutrition for people with special needs.
