On the 7th of September in the State Social Centre “Latgale” at Kalkuni parish, Aukštaugava district concert of dances and songs will be held. Participants from social centre and partners from Lithuania, Zarasai district will participate and share their cultural experience. These concerts are the part of the project “Old like new” No. LLI-541 activity “HEALING ART or ART OF HEALING” which consists from culture and art activities in State social care centres, mostly traditional dance and music, wool felting activities and concerts with neighbourhood collectives:
– dance and music activities in Viški;
– felting activities in Viški and Kalkūni;
– music and dance, theatre performance concerts in Viški, Kalkūni, Kalupe;
– workshops in the library and social centres “Gardening story”.
