Description: Open Youth Center (YC) is a branch of Joniskis Algimantas Raudonikis Art School. Target group of YC is young people from 14 to 29 years, children and risk families, NEET youth. Main activities of YC: Safe free time activities for youth where they can safely (without violence, drugs) spend their time.
