To increase knowledge in revitalisation of brownfields for territorial planners and legal experts working at municipalities and municipal institutions the best practice and methods on such subjects as financial aspects of revitalisation of brownfields, including investment attraction and development scenarios for degraded areas, will be carried out during the 1st series of theoretical trainings in Rezekne, Latvia.
Participants: territorial planners and legal experts working at municipalities and municipal institutions, such as special economics zones, investment agencies, in Latvia and Lithuania.
