CREAZONE 2.0. Get Started trainings for young entrepreneurs

GET STARTED step concludes Creazone Reinvent (CREAZONE 2.0.) project by trainings participant on building their business management skills. The aim of these trainings is to prepare participants, who have successfully passed all previous project steps, for establishing and running their business companies.

When?

3-4th May
・Managing organizational life-cycle. After completing the training, the participants will be able to analyze the organizational life-cycle, understand current position of their organization, tackle common challenges, use performance’s management system as well as plan and evaluate organizational performance.
・Ensuring the financing for the business. After completing the training, the participants will be able to find the specific funding sources for their own business and plan steps for attracting the funding.

26-27th April
・Practical aspects of accounting, HR and sales management. After completing the training, participants will be able to understand and apply basic accounting and finance management principles, plan sales and human resources management in their companies.
・Understanding the legal and tax framework. After completing the training, the team member will be able to analyze the tax system, calculate the taxes and will have understanding of main legal acts relevant to their businesses.
