Creazone 2.0. Lithuania – Latvia | Team Up International camp

CREAZONE 2.0. „TEAM UP” international camp is the 3^rd out of the 5 project’s steps taking place in Lithuania. International TEAM UP camp serves as a ground for intensive team-building, business idea fine-tuning and networking between participants and business in the informal camp environment.

The aim of TEAM UP step is to transform participants of the project to real teams, prepared to implement business ideas, and to purify business ideas in order for each team to come up with only one – the best one to implement.

When?

February 6^th – 10^th, 2019.

1. During the first three days of the trainings team-building activities will be organized to provide participants with an overview of team dynamics, give each participant insight about his or her style and the styles of other team-mates, offer solid tactics for communicating better within the team and provide multiple exercises to allow for team-discovery to happen.
2. During the last two days of the camp mentors and representatives of business and educational sectors will join the teams in order to assist them in further refining their business ideas, to give necessary advice on the further development of business and address personal and team issues. During these two inspirational days the bonds will be created between teams of young entrepreneurs, mentors and businesspersons.

Who will participate?

Not less than 30 the most driven and promising young entrepreneurs from Lithuania and Latvia will meet together for 5-days entrepreneurship adventure. Also business mentors and business representatives will join the teams for last two days.
