Training will be attended by newly established cooperation network comprising of Latvia and Lithuania local and national institutions dealing with the rescue service. Aim of the event is to train the Latvian and Lithuanian rescuers on the water, to increase the capacity of employees and level of knowledge in rescue work. During the trainings lectors will talk about safety, water saving, rescue workers’ training, risk assessment, as well as various other psychological and physical aspects of rescue work on the water.
