The third Steering Committee meeting of the project LLI-402 “risk-free” will be combined with the fourth Project management meeting. Meetings will be held on June 26, 2020 at 11:00 o’clock at the premises of Visaginas Municipality Administration.
The main aim of the Steering Committee meeting is to assess the project implementation, reached deliverables and main outputs of the project, as well as to discuss main achievements and project’s added-value. The main aim of the fourth Project management meeting main aim is to overview the implementation of the project, review the status of budget expenditures, planned changes in the project and its benefits, as well as to discuss lessons learnt from the implementation process.
