Summer camp “Together we can, we do, we create”in Zemgale region for young people with disabilities 18-25 years old from Rokiskis, Joniškis, Kretinga, Dobele, Auce, Jaunjelgava, Viesīte municipalities.

This activity aims at improvement of social inclusion measures in Mid-Baltic territory. It is planned to improve quality of summer camps for people with disabilities and for at risk children and youth.
LP will be responsible for organization of international summer camp for 30-40 people with disabilities, including elaboration of agenda, arraigning place, catering and specialists who will manage work of summer camp. All other partners will ensure participation of people with disabilities from their municipalities in this event. Event will serve as a place for networking of people with disabilities; an opportunity to learn about each other’s culture, share experiences. During event LP will gather information from participants about their needs, expectances to further improve organization of summer camps and share gained experience with partners.

• Young people will be divided in 4 groups (8-9 per each groups) and each group will have leader – experienced pedagogues or rehabitologues. All of them speak Russian too. They will be with young people 10.00-18.00. in workshops and free time activities.
• Each partners group of 4-5 young people should have to have 1 accompanying supporting person (volunteer or your staff member). He/ she will be responsible for translation, explaining if necessary, supporting with practical assistance day and night. One partner group will sleep in one or two rooms if different genders.
• There will be 5 time per day meals.
• One day excursion to Jelgava.
