Link to project profileA space which meets all the sanitary norms was created with all necessary equipment and cosy atmosphere for community to gather, for hosts to cook and use their skills to educate others, to transfer their knowledge to youth. Kitchen furniture and equipment were purchased: necessary dishes, cooker hood, table for workshops, sink, electric boiler, fridge, electric oven.
This place serves as a centre of social integration and communication in the village. It can be used by local hosts and local community, by external experts who can be invited to organize culinary (ant other) workshops for locals, pupils, youth.

Link to project profileTrained mobile teams – teams of professional care-takers providing home-based social assistance to seniors including assistance in taking care of themselves, basic medical assistance, cleaning and cooking. Promotion of self-help activities was a part of the work of mobile teams that will be maintained after the end of the project by the invo1669ed partner institutions. Social inclusion measures will continue to be supported by mobile teams, ensuring upkeep of knowledge for the persons already involved in self-help activities and invo1669ement of new community members through promoting self-help measures and correct assistance to elderly taught to community, particularly, family members and neighbours.

Link to project profileRecreation sites (Preiļi beach, Sabalunkos campsite in Zarasai district, Galuono lake in Balninkai, Alauso lake in Inturke, Moletai town beach, Nevežys river in Panevežys, Ciriša beach in Aglona, lakes of Riebiņi district, Šventoji river in Anyksciai) were improved to promote the attractiveness of these areas in the eyes of tourists. Water equipment was purchased – 3 rowboats, 3 puddle boats, 1 boat, 41 SUP – Boards, 7 water bikes, 5 catamarans, 87 life jackets, 4 water balls, 2 water zorb, 2 trailers for boat, 1 sound system, 1 inflatable attraction for children, 2 outdoor tennis tables, 20 tennis rackets, and 30 balls, 1 beach badminton set, 10 beach football balls, 10 volleyball balls, 1 sightseeing telescope and 2 binoculars, 1 outdoor tent. Infrastructure objects were created – outdoor fitness equipment installed at Cirīša lake in Aglona, the Pontoon dock and handhold for handicapped persons in Sabalunkos campsite in Gražute regional park, mobile beach house with WC, shower and changing room adjusted for handicapped people in Moletai, modular container-warehouse for water equipment in Riebiņi, pontoon for water equipment in Aglona.

Development of public services for cultural heritage preservation
Link to project profileEducation programme for wooden architectural heritage conservation and restoration is presented in 5 videos. Videos target owners and residents of the houses, craftsman and architects. Topics of video guides:
1. Preservation of the typical roof landscape. Video about logics of traditional roof constructions like side boards, decorative boards, ledge, etc.; the importance of coverings like red tile and lead; under covering and methods of the renovation of roofs, common mistakes and threads. In Latvian with English subtitles.
2. Plastering of the brick houses. Video demonstrates the process of applying the plaster according the traditional recipes and technology, common mistakes and important environmental conditions. In Latvian with English subtitles.
3. Use of traditional tinware. Video describes the importance of the use of traditional tin-made construction details and demonstrates the process of creation of simple tin details, like windowsill and fixing to the house. Common mistakes and important environmental conditions. In Latvian with English subtitles.
4. Traditional painting and decoration of timber building details. Video describes process and importance of the use of traditional linen oil and linen oil paints. Video also demonstrates the process of decorative painting with imitation of the wooden fibre. There will be analysed and compared the use of traditional natural paints and alkyd based paints. In Latvian with English subtitles.
5. Video guide – How to „read” (investigate, understand and evaluate) old building. This video describes the importance of understanding and investigation of building logic: construction, architectural details, traditional materials, tools and method, surrounding and contexts (historical, cultural, social, economical, political, etc.). It also analyses how to evaluate tangible and intangible heritage, how to set values and meanings of old building, how to adapt it for contemporary needs. Lithuanian with English subtitles.

Link to project profileTwo individual social rehabilitation (through the case management) methodologies of ceramic works and wood/wicker weaving works to mentally disordered persons were developed.
One methodology creates the possibility for mentally ill persons to choose such working activities with the clay that meet their state of health and their skills. The methodology is consisted on a modular principle, i.e. the ceramic works are divided into modules of varying complexity, depending on the used tools, special equipment, special physical or mental qualities and skills needed and so on. The team of specialists, by assessing the conditions of the person (mental, physical, emotional, and so on), is able to choose the suitable methods to every person and to and improve the combination of motivating methodology modules.
Another methodology creates the possibility for mentally ill persons to choose such work with wood/wicker weaving activities that meet their state of health and their skills. The methodology consists on a modular principle, i.e. wood/wicker weaving works are divided into modules of varying complexity, depending on the used tools, special equipment, special physical or mental qualities and skills needed and so on. Public Urban Areas Regeneration in Silute and Saldus
Link to project profileSurface area of Nakotne pond and surrounding area in Saldus (2 ha) was rehabilitated, cleaned and cleared from the rubbish. Rehabilitated area became more attractive to the inhabitants and tourists. Rehabilitation of this area helped to solve environmental problems in this area.

Public Urban Areas Regeneration in Silute and Saldus
Link to project profileSurface area of land of Šyša old riverbed and surrounding area in Silute (0.97 ha) was revitalized. This area is next to very attractive pedestrian and bicycle path, so rehabilitation of this area helped to solve pollution problem and to reduce unpleasant smell coming from the polluted water, helped to make area cleaner and pleasant for visiting.

It provides information materials and recorded presentation from workshops, seminars and other practical e-commerce trainings organised during the project that aims at raising of skills and competences of future-to-be SMBs. Newly established businesses can contact project partners for the consultations.

Social Inclusion of Disabled Persons into the Labour Market
Link to project profileThe training system with special methodology was elaborated by project experts and tested in practical way during the project. Methodology includes work and training with disabled persons with physical, cognitive, sensory and emotional disabilities. The result of work – Methodological Handbook “Let’s do it together” is prepared in 3 Languages -EN, LT and LV, which is publicly available through the websites of project partners for all people who want to work with disabled persons. Also it was printed 400 copies (200 in LT, 200 in LV). Methodological Handbook will serve for further use of mentors and for training new allowing to expand the project practice among the stakeholders beyond the project’s territory.
